Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. To cancel your appointment, please contact the salon at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellations, rescheduling, or failure to attend your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
I kindly provide a 15 minute grace period if you are running late. Arriving after the grace period may result in having to reschedule.
